30min HIIT WORKOUT - is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.
BODY MOTION CLASS - Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses accompanied with a soft music to create an easy to follow, soothing holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance. Fusion of Yoga and Pilates and core workout, finished with group meditation. During the class we do use elastic bands, pilates balls, magic circuit, light weights (0,5kg up to 2kg).
